Architect David Adjaye returned to Design Indaba Conference in 2013 to enlighten audiences on various architecture projects he has undertaken recently. From documenting African architecture to creating a unique structure in Moscow, Adjaye believes that architecture needs to be responsive and acknowledge climate and place. Here he speaks about how geography, culture and place intrinsically link in what he believes to be architecture that makes people feel good about who they are and where they are in the world.
